Refund Policy
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which products purchased from Akylolo may be returned or refunded.
Return Period & Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding customized items and gift cards).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings and earring pendants are not eligible for return once worn.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email cs@akylolo.com with your order number, item(s) for return or exchange, and your reason. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Your Return
After receiving confirmation, return the item(s) within 14 days using a trusted courier with tracking. All items must be in original packaging and pristine condition.
Refund Processing
You’ll receive an email once your return is verified. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank’s schedule.
Exchange Policy
Direct exchanges are not available. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping, as Akylolo is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
